Abstract

With the continuous increase of passenger flow in railway stations in modern life, the service needs of passengers tend to be informatized. Traditional service methods such as meal delivery and ticket checking in the railway station cannot meet the needs of passengers. In order to diversify the service content of the railway station, to improve the management efficiency of train station attendant services, a multifunctional intelligent car system applied to trains was designed. The system is divided into two parts: the service platform and the smart car. The service platform can provide passengers with service content information and collect passenger service demand information; wheeled service vehicles equipped with multiple sensor modules implement corresponding service tasks. In addition, algorithms such as path planning, machine vision, and face recognition are designed to enhance the self-decision-making ability of the system. The system combines embedded development and web development, expands many hardware and software functions, and forms a controllable system that combines intelligent algorithms and manual management, which can be well applied to train service systems.
