Abstract
The essence and content of the multicultural educational space of the university are revealed. Conditions and ways of social and pedagogical support and support of student's youth by means of educational space on the principles of multiculturalism are determined. The mechanisms of socialization of future specialists in a multicultural environment are shown. The category of educational space is revealed as a form of integration of youth into multicultural society and as a means of improving the quality of training of modern cadres.
