Abstract

The typical clinical spectrum of hydralazine induced AAV involves glomerulonephritis and pulmonary haemorrhage, with or without cutaneous features. Cases with isolated cutaneous features are exceptionally rare. We present an uncommon case of an 84-year-old woman with hydralazine-induced AAV presenting with violaceous plaques with ulceration and significant mucositis without other organ involvement.
