Abstract
A 48-year-old man with well-controlled ulcerative colitis presented with tender, erythematous nodules on the extensor surfaces of both forearms. Histopathology showed a lobular panniculitis with granuloma formation. Despite initial steroid treatment and subsequent use of doxycycline, the lesions only resolved after the patient was switched to colchicine.
