Abstract

In today’s highly competitive world markets, it is becoming increasingly important to develop new products in a short time and emctly in the way the customer world like. TOM (Total Qualitative Management) approach requires this too. But what the customer really needs is an issue which is long debated. QFD (Quality Function Development) method is a technique which fîlls this gap. In this article, this teehnique is introduced briefly.
