Modern transformations of socio-cultural identity in Russia

Abstract

The problem of identity in Russia has become the most urgent in connection with the transformational processes in society that have affected not only the sphere of public relations, but also the inner world of a person. Identity, that is, the self-determination of an individual in relation to himself and others, is a social construct. A person always needs to feel part of "we". The relevance of the research is also due to the fact that in social philosophy today there is a particularly growing interest in the theoretical understanding of the transformation, reform of society and the psychological adaptation of its constituent individuals to new conditions.
