Abstract

There is analyzed the practices of effective interaction of public administration parties and the public in the system of continuous education of pedagogical workers in the article. The main directions of such interaction are defined, in particular, legislative and research activities, improvement of the qualifications of pedagogical workers and civil servants, and the creation of information technology (IT) products. The interaction of public administration parties is revealed through the analysis of the activities of three public organizations: the Public Organization “Association of Innovative and Digital Education”, the Public Union “Ukrainian Association of Adult Education” and the Public Organization “EdCamp Ukraine”. It is specified with which public authorities the cooperation takes place (the Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine, the Kyiv City State Administration, the Center for Evaluation of the Quality of Education, the Ukrainian Institute for the Development of Education, the State Service for the Quality of Education and its Territorial Administrations, the Educational Ombudsman, the Institute for the Modernization of the Content of Education, etc.). The main projects implemented by the researched public organizations and aimed at the development of public administration in the system of continuous education of pedagogical workers, at improving the qualifications of pedagogical workers and civil servants were studied. The participation of the public in lawmaking activities, the development of normative legal acts have been noted. Taking into account the informatization, public organizations with the support of public administration parties have created IT products that are actively used by both managers and teachers in their activities. The effectiveness and expediency of such interaction for the activity of the continuous education system and the field of education in general is emphasized. Moreover, a positive point is the activity of the public and openness to the implementation of new ideas of public administration bodies.
