Abstract
This study describes how the process of religious moderation through the circular letter of the minister of Religion No SE 05 of 2022, even on the contrary loudspeakers are often used as material for debate about the urgency of using loudspeakers in mosques and prayer rooms. Data that has been recorded in news media such as Meliana who protested against the sound of the call to prayer echoing at the Al-Maksun Mosque on July 29, 2016. Sayed Hasan in Aceh to artist Zaskia Mecca. The discussion of this research is more towards conceptual normative learning. While the theme of this research is the regulation of guidelines for the use of loudspeakers in mosque and prayer rooms. The results of this study are twofold; 1. Regulation used by the Minister of Religion of the Republic of Indonesia for the use of loudspeakers in mosques and prayer rooms in the circular letter of the Minister of Religion Number SE 05 of 2022 which consists of four parts, namely the introduction, the purpose of the circular, general provisions and closing. Which includes the regulation of the use of loudspeakers in mosques and prayer rooms during the call to prayer and religious activities. 2. Regulation on the use loudspeakers in mosques and prayer rooms are considered to be wasilah to maintain brotherhood and social harmony and from the other side, obeying and implementing this circular letter is our collective responsibility as a form of tolerance between fellow groups and religious communities with the aim of creating peace, order and comfort, together.
