MODELLING OF THE DEVELOPMENT OF THE INDUSTRIAL ENTERPRISE IN COLLABORATION WITH THE UNITED LOCAL COMMUNITY

Abstract

This article summarizes the arguments and counterarguments within the scientific discussion on identifying the state of the enterprise to evaluate the effectiveness of its operation and optimize the target functions in solving the problems of managing enterprise development. The main purpose of the research is to develop a scientific and methodological approach to modeling the system of management of the dynamic state of a manufacturing enterprise in the conditions of decentralization and formation of indicators of its development. The systematization of literary sources and approaches to solving the problem of managing the development of industrial enterprises showed that each level of analysis of the state of the enterprise and assessment of the dynamics of its development and problem situation corresponds to an aggregate set of estimates that take into account both individual indicators and their different groups. The urgency of solving this scientific problem lies in the fact that the process of managing the enterprise development in the conditions of decentralization becomes increasingly poorly structured and random, and therefore there is a need to manage this process in order to survive and develop the enterprise in an aggressive market environment. Investigations into enterprise development management under decentralized conditions with purposeful change of system parameters, structure and properties, and perturbation of the enterprise's external and internal environments require the use of new management models, with the new model being better than being replaced. An innovative approach involves managing the development of a manufacturing enterprise based on the intensification of innovation activity, analysis and implementation of innovative achievements in all areas of economic activity of the production system (aircraft). Methodical tools of the study were methods of optimizing the functioning of the production system in decentralization, mathematical models of managing the dynamic development of the enterprise, the assessment of impulses of the united territorial community (OTG) on the development of the Armed Forces with the simultaneous assessment of the performance of enterprises and their impact on the OGT, construction, transmission matrices which establishes the connection between the values of investment costs and the transition characteristic of the resource management of enterprise development and the reaction of Sun dnyh performance. The object of the study is the dynamic development of a manufacturing enterprise under decentralized conditions. The proposed scientific and methodological approach of modeling the management system of development of a production enterprise in the conditions of decentralization and its practical implementation will allow to determine the dominant parameters of the development of production enterprises that have an impact on ATG and to timely monitor the impulses and space of the ATG states taking into account the state of the aircraft as parameters for its development. . The results of the study may be useful for developing systems for monitoring and strategic management of industrial enterprise development processes under decentralization.
