Abstract
In the current condition, where value-oriented education is of particular importance, the formation of mental, moral, physical, aesthetic, ecological, economic and legal culture of students is the main task. Since culture is considered the greatest value, it is necessary for the teacher to acquire pedagogical culture and to have its components in the full sense. A teacher's pedagogical culture takes a leading place among his or her professional qualities. Axiological, technological, heuristic and personal components are the main components. The teacher's speech, behaviour and aesthetic culture are also considered the main indicators of his or her professionalism and competence.
