AbstractWater Utilities (MIC: 7.2 SIC: 4941 NAIC:221310)Middlesex Water is a water utility company that owns and operates water utility systems in central and southern New Jersey and in Delaware as well as a wastewater utility in southern New Jersey. Operations are divided into two segments. Co.'s regulated segment collects, treats and distributes water on a retail and wholesale basis to residential, commercial, industrial and fire protection customers in parts of New Jersey and Delaware. Co. also operates a regulated wastewater system in New Jersey. Co.'s non‐regulated contract services segment operates and maintains municipal and private water and wastewater systems in New Jersey and Delaware.
