Co. owns regulated public utilities and also serves cities, utility districts and private companies under contract. At Dec 31 2005, Co. provided services to more than 2.0 million people. Within its Utility Group, Co. owns and manages the operations of rate-regulated public water and wastewater utilities in California, New Mexico, Oklahoma and Texas, under which it sells water to residential and commercial customers.
