Weston Inc., 1 Weston Way, West Chester, PA 19380 William. J. Marrazzo is President and Chief Executive Officer of Roy F Weston, Inc. Before joining Weston, Marrazzo served nine years as Water Commissioner for the City of Philadelphia, responsible for overall management of one of the nation's largest metropolitan water and wastewater utilities. In 1985, he received the national Public Works Leader of the Year award. He received the Wall Street Transcript CEO Gold Award in 1933. Marrazzo has a Bachelor of Science Degree in chemical engineering from the University of Delaware and has completed course work for a Master of science Degree in chemical engineering at Villanova University.
