Abstract

A condensation method for obtaining ultradispersed zinc oxide using microwave energy has been proposed. The application of SHF energy allows us to obtain nanodimensional structures without the use of vacuum technology. An analysis of the sizes and photoluminescence of the nanostructures makes it possible to develop photoelectron devices based on them.
