Abstract
目的 探讨挫伤性大范围虹膜根部断离的临床特点和修复手术方法.方法挫伤性虹膜根部断离41例(41眼).断离范围60°～240°.修复手术过程中,在29眼中使用黏弹剂,在11眼中应用虹膜钩.对其临床特点和修复手术方法进行总结分析.结果所有患者的虹膜根部断离均得到修复,未出现并发症.术后瞳孔基本恢复圆形或椭圆形,复视症状消失.结论挫伤性大范围的虹膜根部断离应该把握时机、积极修复,黏弹剂和虹膜钩的应用有助于手术的顺利完成。
