Abstract
目的 探讨外伤性虹膜根部断离的临床特点、修复时机和手术方法.方法 外伤性虹膜根部断离38例(38眼),断离范围60°～80°.对其临床特点、修复时机和手术方法进行总结分析.结果 所有的虹膜根部断离均得到修复,未出现并发症.术后瞳孔基本恢复圆形或椭圆形,复视症状消失.结论 适时进行分段小切口拉出式缝合修复术可以恢复圆形瞳孔和其生理功能,黏弹剂、虹膜钩和缩瞳剂的应用有助于手术的顺利完成。
