Abstract

目的 研究透明质酸钠(SH)在角膜保存中的作用,为眼库角膜保存方法的研究提供新思路.方法分别在短期和中期保存中应用SH保存角膜,对保存不同时间的角膜行大体形态,活体内皮镜,苔盼兰-茜素红染色,SDH、G-6-P酶检测和电镜观察.结果短期和中期保存中实验组各项指标检测结果均明显好于对照组,差异有显著性(P＜0.01).结论 SH对角膜内皮细胞有明显的保护和稳定作用,可有效用于角膜短期和中期保存,故有其重要的研究价值和应用前景。
