Abstract
The development of modern, as well as the creation of advanced information systems (IS) requires the creation of a unified architecture, with unified hardware and software based on integrated integration not only on the technical, but also on the functional level, which are part of the IC component. The implementation of the above structure leads to a multiple increase in the amount of computations over data arrays of large capacity, carried out in real time, and the complexity of computational algorithms. As a result, sharp contradictions arise between hardware costs, speed, accuracy and fault tolerance. The work is enlightened on the formation of the methodology of the All-Russian Institute of Technology and development on its basis of methods, methods and algorithms for the synthesis of CE devices and components for prospective and existing ICs built on the domestic element base, which becomes an effective and high-tech tool for overcoming these contradictions.
