Abstract
The chemical methods most frequently used m clinical medicine for determining corticoids in urine are examined in detail and the experimental results are compared. The results of this investigation lead the authors to recommend the method of Norym-Berski or the blue tetrazolium method of Chen combined with that of Stau-Dinger, as routine clinical methods.
