Abstract

The transformation of knowledge, digitization, electronic planning and computer engineering is one of the most prominent areas in the new knowledge patterns in keeping with the epistemology of scientific modernity, where language has exceeded its expressive reporting function to the characterization of scientific phenomena and the electronic mechanism as one of the main axes in the dissemination of knowledge, In the context of these differences based on the accumulation of knowledge, digital literature is witnessing a scientific revolution that conveyed the language or language and discourse from oral, normative, spontaneous, and codification; To new cultural spaces that embraced intellectual and creative aspirations and thus gave a more open space to the creator and reader today. All this is supported by a desired goal in order to draw up a comprehensive and scientific linguistic policy that can be used in the manufacture of linguistic atlases.
