Abstract

This article is dedicated to the research of features of influence of mechanisms of psychological protection, and also coping-strategies on professional work of teachers of secondary schools (5-11 degrees). Two groups of teachers are allocated depending on the experience of labour activity. The article gives detailed description of distinctive features of interrelation of mechanisms of protection and coping- strategies in each group, also as influence of alexithymia on professional work. Variants of increase of adaptable opportunities of teachers are considered in system of secondary professional education in conditions of their daily work.
