Formerly with GE, Motorola, and Pennsylvania Power & Light, Greg has been actively conducting ROI research and consulting for many years. His research and practice in HRD/HPT evaluation and measurement have been widely published. He is the founder and moderator of the Internet forum ROInet, which has 1300 members from 38 countries.
