Abstract

Self-learning and self-extra-curricular are issues of analytical and functional understanding of the training activity in specialist schools today. They are also identified as one of the necessary solutions to physical development, contributing to improving the training quality of pupils. In order to have a reasonable basis for proposing and implementing a solution to organize self-study and self-extra-curricular hours to promote the personal and improve the training quality of students, the analysis process has conducted surveys and assessments.
