Abstract
The measurement of cD and cE was carried out on ferroelectric TGSe and TGS with an ac calorimetry technique. It was revealed that cDs of TGSe and TGS do not show any anomaly at the transition, and coincide within the experimental error with the lattice background in agreement with the Landau-Devonshire phenomenological theory.
