Abstract
the work is devoted to the problems of improving the efficiency and organization of metrological military units (military units). An approach to substantiating the optimal composition of the metrological support forces of the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation by linear programming is presented. The solutions for assessing the economic efficiency of the metrological support system are considered and substantiated.
