Abstract
During the summer of 2024, France had the honour of hosting the Olympic Games. Although these Olympics were mainly held in Paris, Marseille was also lucky enough to be a playground for the sailing events and football matches. The sailing races in the Marina de Marseille required rigorous medical organisation between the various Paris 2024 stakeholders and the state services. Thanks to the professionalism of everyone involved, the events went off without a hitch, allowing all spectators and participants in the games to enjoy a safe and sporting atmosphere.
