Marketing and logistics transport market support under railway reform

Abstract

Goal. The purpose of the article is to determine the directions of development of transport and logistics cooperation between Ukraine and the EU, is the need to coordinate the reproductive process in the transport and logistics component. Method. The theoretical and methodological basis of the study is the works of Russian scientists on the functioning and development of transport logistics in the framework of international cooperation. Results. The development of transport and logistics cooperation between Ukraine and the EU will ensure the sustainable development of the railway forecasting system. Scientific novelty. Analysis of the transport system by types of industries has shown that Ukraine's rail transport is the leading branch in the country's road transport complex, ultimately creating a powerful basis for the formation of a cross-border transport and logistics cluster. The practical significance. The proposals proposed by the authors can be used to reduce the unproductive costs in the organization and development of international transportation by responding to the expected demand in the transport sector in advance and adequately, and to increase the validity of the proposals on tariff and investment policy of PJSC Ukrainian Railways.
