Abstract
Mazkur maqolada regulyatorika usuli asosida kechikuvchi tipdagi chiziqsiz funksional-differensial tenglamalar yordamida markaziy nerv tizimi birlamchi o‘simtalarining paydo bo‘lishi va rivojlanish regulyator mexanizmlarini tadqiq qilish uchun matematik model ishlab chiqiladi. Ushbu matematik model tenglamalar yechimlari sifat jihatidan tahlil qilinib, uning muvozanat nuqtalari mavjudligi aniqlanib, Xeys kriteriyasi shartlari asosida tenglama muvozanat nuqtasida turg‘un yoki noturg‘unligi tekshiriladi.
