MANFAAT BERKALA DALAM PROGRAM JAMINAN PENSIUN BPJS KETENAGAKERJAAN SEBAGAI PENGGANTI PENDAPATAN UTAMA DI MASA PENSIUN BAGI PESERTA DAN ATAU AHLI WARIS

Abstract

Pension Guarantee of BPJS Ketenagakerjaan is one of the social security programs for workers which aims to ensure that all workers can meet a decent standard of living and guarantee independence in the event of social risks. This study aims to explore more deeply regarding the periodic benefits received whether they can replace the main income, especially when participants are unable to work or are in retirement. The results of this study prove that the periodic benefits of pension insurance received by participants and their heirs cannot completely replace the main income, but through participation in the Pension Guarantee program, participants or heirs feel helped in meeting their daily needs.
