Abstract

The use of digital sales and business development is still very rarely implemented in Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs), especially sewing businesses. The purpose of this research is to find out how the implementation of digital sales and business development in sewing SMEs and to further analyze the development of its application to increase sales and recording of sewing business actors. This study uses a qualitative approach, namely conducting surveys and interviews with several sewing MSME in Kertosonoo sub-district. This research can help business actors to develop their business in a broader direction and make it easier for business actors to check and record their finances.
