This study uses a qualitative descriptive method, which is carried out by conducting field studies. The research was carried out at the Dian Gita Playgroup in Palopo City. Data collection techniques were carried out by interviews, observation and documentation. The results of the study show that the strategic management process begins with planning a strategy in the Dian Gita Playgroup in Palopo City, namely by conducting a SWOT analysis. Based on PAUD accreditation standards, there are 2 standards that do not meet the criteria, namely Standard 4, namely Standards for Educators and Education Personnel. Through the SWOT analysis it was found that the strengths of the Dian Gita Play Group were in densely populated areas, sources of funds, and facilities for playing and learning. The weakness is that the qualifications of educators do not meet, and there are no educational staff. The opportunity is that there is support from parents of students, support from the central and regional governments, as well as a conducive school environment. While the challenge is the number of other educational institutions around the school and the community's thinking which is still dynamic. Then planning is carried out by grouping services according to age, involving educators in seminars and workshops, and adding extra activities to students in the Dian Gita Playgroup. The implementation of strategic management is that educators attend seminars and workshops and add extra activities. Evaluation of the results of strategic management is necessary for the recruitment of educational staff.
