Abstract
RESUME: Pembelajaran kewirausahaan di PT (Perguruan Tinggi) hendaknya menghasilkan lulusan yang siap untuk berwirausaha. Penelitian ini berupaya menyusun manajemen pembelajaran kewirausahan dengan menggunakan pendekatan konsep pembelajaran eksperiental. Model pem belajar an ini sebuah proses perubahan dengan menggunakan pengalaman sebagai media belajar. Dengan menggunakan metode campuran, kualitatif dan kuantitatif, penelitian ini mengkaji penggunaan pembelajaran eksperiental, dalam kaitannya dengan pendidikan kewirausahaan, kepada 130 mahasiswa FPEB UPI (Fakultas Pendidikan Ekonomi dan Bisnis, Universitas Penddikan Indonesia) di Bandung. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa belajar eksperiental adalah suatu proses bagaimana pengetahuan diciptakan melalui perubahan dalam bentuk pengalaman. Pengetahuan juga dibentuk akibat adanya kombinasi antara pemahaman dan transformasi pengalaman. Pengalaman berperan penting dalam proses pembelajaran dan membedakannya dari teori pembelajaran lain, seperti teori pembelajaran kognitif atau behaviorisme. Manajemen pembelajaran kewirausahaan, dengan pendekatan pembelajaran eksperiental, mengkolaborasikan empat fase komponen dalam pembelajaran, yakni: PK (Pengalaman Kongkrit), OR (Observasi Reflektif), KA (Konseptualisasi Abstraksi), dan PA (Pengalaman Aktif), yang semuanya itu sangat berguna dalam menghasilkan manajemen pembelajaran kewirausahaan. ABSTRACT : “ Entrepreneurship Learning Management through Experiential Learning Approach at the FPEB Indonesia University of Education”. Entrepreneurial learning at the Colleges should produce graduates who are ready for entrepreneurship. This study seeks to develop a learning management of entrepreneurship by using the concept of experiential learning approach. This learning model is a process of change by using the experience as a learning medium. By using mixed methods, namely qualitative and quantitative, this study examines the use of experiential learning, in relation to entrepreneurship education, to 130 students at the FPEB UPI (Faculty of Economics and Business Education, Indonesia University of Education) in Bandung, West Java, Indonesia. The results showed that experiential learning is a process of how knowledge is created through a change in the form of experience. Knowledge is also formed as a result of a combination of understanding and transforming the experiences. Experience plays an important role in the learning process and distinguish it from other learning theories, such as cognitive learning theory or behaviorism. Management of entrepreneurial learning, with the approach of experiential learning, has been collaborating four phases of component in learning, namely: CE (Concrete Experience), RO (Reflective Observation), AC (Abstract Conceptualization), and AE (Active Experimentation), all of which are very useful in generating the entrepreneurial learning management.
