Abstract
Microservices architecture has significantly advanced modern software development due to its scalability, flexibility, and modularity. Nevertheless, maintaining such applications becomes increasingly challenging as they grow. This paper introduces a novel approach to improving the maintainability of microservices applications by incorporating a Micro Frontend architecture with microservices in the backend. By dividing both the frontend and backend into smaller, autonomous services, our proposed framework aims to reduce the overall complexity of the application. These results highlight that employing a Micro Frontend together with a microservices in backend not only simplifies maintenance but also enhances the efficiency of updates and scalability.
