Abstract
A magnetic current transformer with a contact (MCTc) is developed on the basis of the magnetic system of the current relay РT-40 for maximum current protection or current cutoffs without the use of transformers with an operating current in the range of 120÷480 A. MCTc parameters are simulated using the ELCUT complex, the simulation error does not exceed 10 %.
