Abstract
A cosmological model is presented, that obeys the Machian condition (Whitrow-Randall’s relation) with Pryce-Hoyle tensor (matter injection) in an RW metric, with a perfect-gas equation of state. When we stop injection of matter, we find a radiation phasep = (l/3)ϱ.
