Abstract
Abstract Cryogenic thermoresistive and magnetoresistive sensors based on semiconductor microcrystals of Te, TeSe solid solutions, PbTe and PbSnTe have been developed. The galvanomagnetic properties of the sensors are studied in a wide range of cryogenic temperatures. The sensors have very small outline dimensions and their performances in many cases may be described by sufficiently simple formulae.
