Abstract
Objective Concluded with a low molecular weight heparin(fraxiparine) rescue uremia and dialysis experience upper gastrointestinal bleeding.Methods 36 patients with uremia and upper gastrointestinal bleeding in patients with routine medical therapy based on the application of fraxiparine hemodialysis.Results30 cases were cured,6 patients died.Conclusion Low molecular weight heparin rescue uremia and hemodialysis is an effective means of upper gastrointestinal bleeding.
