Abstract

Results of experimental investigation of relaxation aging process in Pb(Zr,Ti)O3 based solid solutions after heating and flash cooling are presented. The said process is long-time and is described by the logarithmic function of time. Reversible and nonreversible relaxation processes take place depending on annealing temperature. It is shown that the velocity of relaxation depends on the annealing temperature. The model described the said process is suggested.
