This study uses a qualitative approach with a literature study method that explores the case in more depth by collecting various sources of information. The data analysis method uses content analysis such as data collection, data reduction, and concluding. It resulted in the scarcity of cooking oil in Indonesia, not due to decreased cooking oil production but the lack of cooking oil at affordable prices.
