Based on the capacity to load ratio, an important indicator of power grid construction projects, this paper puts forward the idea of differentiated capacity load ratio. Combined with the current situation that power grid construction is limited by a single capacity load ratio index, two key influencing factors are found, For the average annual growth rate of electricity and project lag years, the evaluation model of power grid project planning is established, and the grid project approval strategy table is formed. In this paper, the model is applied to a power grid planning and construction, and suggestions on the power grid construction project sequencing are put forward. Through the establishment of the project capacity evaluation model of the power grid, And reasonable adjustment of power grid planning project sequencing, to achieve the scientific control of power grid project approval work, orderly promote the power grid construction project, do a good job in people's pursuit of a better life of electric power support.
