Abstract

The social evaluation of the power grid project is a new research and application area. It has crucial meanings to the coordinate development of the project and society. As the power grid project is actualized in huge areas with many implementation spots, the regular evaluation with the participation of the sociologists does not work well. This paper introduces the social evaluation method system used in the National Rural Power Grid Construction and Renovation Project, which include the index system, evaluation standard and the adaptive fuzzy synthetic evaluation model. This model contains many method models, such as contrast between have and not have, nonlinear combined optimization, Analytical Hierarchy Process, fuzzy membership function and fuzzy statistics. In 2005, the evaluation support software system based on this method system was applied in 2000 counties. The application result turned to be all right. This method system can also be used in other grid construction project. (6 pages)
