Abstract

Objective To study the clinical effect of limited incision of locking plate internal fixation in the treatment of patients with fracture of tibial Pilon. Methods 92 patients with fracture of tibial Pilon were selected as the research subjects, they were randomly divided into control group and observation group, 46 cases in each group. The patients of the two groups were treated with limited incision fixation scheme, the control group implemented anatomic plate internal fixation, the observation group was given locking plate internal fixation. The clinical curative effect and recovery were analyzed in the two groups. Results The excellent and good rate of recovery of fracture end of the observation group was 93.48%, that of the control group was 71.74%, the difference was statistically significant (χ2=8.6245, P 0.05), after treatment, VAS score declined, but the observation group was lower than the control group (all P<0.05).In the observation group, the incidence rate of complications such as stiff joints, postoperative infection, broken screws was 8.70%, which of the control group was 28.26%, the difference was statistically significant (χ2=6.925 4, P<0.05). Conclusion Tibial Pilon fractures treated with limited open locking plate internal fixation solution has significant curative effect, high safety, can promote patients recovery, it is of great significance to improve the prognosis and worthy of clinical promotion.
