Musical culture of Kharkiv has a rich history associated with the names of prominent musicians such as R. The creativity of this outstanding musician, who was the founder of professional jazz education in Kharkiv, is not currently the subject of widespread discussion in contemporary Ukrainian musicology. He is mentioned as the founder of pops’n jazz performance department in a print publication dedicated to the 85th anniversary of KhNUA named after I.
