Abstract

This research examines the extracurricular involvement and employability skill evaluations of a broad group of graduating students from various academic institutions from Hunan Province of China. The graduates demonstrate a significant level of engagement in extracurricular activities, placing emphasis on the acquisition of skills, collaborative efforts, personal development, and acknowledgement. Graduating students demonstrate a high level of proficiency in various essential abilities such as communication, teamwork, leadership, problem-solving, and professionalism, thereby significantly improving their prospects in the job market. Nevertheless, there exists potential for enhancement in the domains of time management and organization.
