Abstract

This paper explores the application of high school English writing mode based on the theory of production-oriented approach (POA). It mainly introduces the theory and steps of the POA, and application of the high school English reading, in order to cultivate the learners' thinking mode and the ability of comprehensive language use. Through the in-depth analysis of the January 2021 Zhejiang College Entrance Examination English reading and writing test questions, this paper analyzes the practical significance of writing in high school English teaching by combining the theory of POA and specific teaching practice, with a view to improving the efficiency of the continuation writing classroom and enhancing the students' ability to learn and use.
