Abstract

An introduction to the topic of the different types of legal applicable to video games and their constituent elements was made in a previous article . The present article is a follow-on article and aims to provide the holders of rights over a video game with additional opportunity for of their rights, namely through creation of the so-called technological measures of protection within the meaning of the Bulgarian Copyright and Related Rights Act and the Directive 2001/29 / EC . The article also contains an overview of the relevant European legislation and case law of the Court of Justice of the European Union.
