Legal aspects of the regulation of ethnic conflict in order to level the threats of ethnic terrorism

Abstract

In Russia and around the world, interethnic relations are studied by political scientists, sociologists, specialists in public administration, psychologists, anthropologists, historians, and scientists of other specialties. This is a complex, multidimensional category, so there are many approaches to its study. At the same time, there are certain theoretical aspects of the study of interethnic relations, without which the consideration of the problem of this research is impossible – a concept of nation, nationality, ethnos, national policy, theoretical concepts of ethnicity, and of course theoretical regulations on the essence, typology, dynamics, ways of resolving ethnic conflicts.
