The survey results also show that there are still some tasks not well carried out, such asS not having a scientific questionnaire system, not having a rich form of feedback, not effectively using statistical and analysis tools, feedback and the use of feedback are not systematic and scientific, there has not been an evaluation of the effectiveness of feedback processing, whereby quality improvement has not been highly effective, requiring the Center to need further research and improvement.
