Abstract

Morphologies of bamboo-shaped multiwalled carbon nanotubes (BS-MWNTs) grown on Fe catalyst deposited onto SiO2/Ti substrates by thermal chemical vapor deposition were investigated by means of atomic force microscopy (AFM) and lateral force microscopy (LFM).
