Abstract

Photonic Sintering Approach Using a novel microfabrication approach based on anodic aluminum oxide templates, Xian Huang and colleagues develop a photonic sintering approach to achieve large-area conductive van der Waals transient films and electronics in article 2100439. The techniques allow selectively transfering 2D materials with controllable thicknesses and definable patterns from temporal plastic substrates onto bioresorbable substrates.
